Full Family Kitchen: Beautiful Counter Spaces, Large Dual Handled Refrigerator, Chef's Oven, Toaster, Microwave, Dual Dishwasher, Complimentary Coffee Station, Cooking Utensils, Cooking Pots/Pans, Cooking Essentials, and Dinnerware Sets for up to 24 guests.

Formal Dining Area: Dining Table for 12 plus 4 Bar Stools for extended sitting arrangements. Open-Floor layout overlooking the Lounging areas.

Lounge Area Main Floor: Large 4 Sofabed Sectional Sitting Area overlooking the Kitchen Space/Bar for convenient access. Perfect layout for group gathering or a refresher for family stays.

GameLoft Room/Lounge: Standard Size Pool Table with comfort lounge spaces for everyone to enjoy.

TV/Wifi Connections:

Access to Smart TVs with Roku TV and Hulu-TV Subscriptions.

Family Amenities: We have a Pack-n-play Set and High Chair available per request. We supply Carbon Monoxide and Smoke Alarm detectors for safety and your comfort. Window Locks in all bedrooms for peace of mind.

Master Dual King Bedroom and Completely Private Master Bathroom. Sink into the Memory Foam/Spring mattress and simply enjoy all the comfortable fresh bed linens and toiletries we prepared for each stay.

2nd Guest Double Queen Bedrooms with Memory Posturepedic Queen Mattress with extra bed linens and pillows for everyone's comfort. Shared Full 2nd and 3rd Bathroom with convenient access and complimentary toiletries in each stay.

3rd Double King Bedroom with extended Office Space and Private Entry. Posturepedic Memory Foam Mattresses for everyone to enjoy!

4th Guest King Bedroom on the Main Floor with a convenient and accessible Guest Full Bathroom within reach. King Memory Posturepedic Mattress for your comfort. Guest Bathrooms will have complimentary Toiletries and Essentials for your stay. Full Private Bathroom available on the main floor.

5-6th Bedrooms each have a single Queen Bed with extended nightstands, side lamps and private entries. Plenty of Closet Space for everyone to enjoy.

7th Guest Bedroom is a small childrens twin bed room with a small nightstand for extended sleeping arrangements.

On-Site Laundry Units available. Laundry detergent is available as part of our grocery delivery service.

BBQ Grill is available for your request. Propane is not available. All guests will be responsible to do their own exchange propane rate. Additional fees do apply for delivered new propane tanks or exchange services.

Outdoor Spa and Pool Available Year Round! Hot Spa is included in every stay. Heated Pool Options are available.

Spacious Driveway for all your private and convenient traveling needs. Spaces for 5 Compact Vehicles only. 1 Larger Trailer parking space is available. No available street parking.

LLC Disclaimer:

We are consistently looking to attract new members to this LLC to help offset the common expenses to maintain the property.

This property operates in compliance with state and local law. It is not a short-term rental. This is a shared ownership, which is not a new concept. It helps offset the common expenses between the members/owners. Ownership is held in an LLC. The governing document is called an operating agreement. This sets out the rights and responsibilities of each member/owner. When you schedule the use of the property, prior to any use of the property you must be assigned a membership/ownership interest in the property through the LLC, thus you will become a member of the LLC with a right to use the property. This online platform is utilized because there are many members. We use this online platform/portal for scheduling and booking of this property on a first come first serve basis. We are consistently looking to attract new members to help offset the common expenses to maintain the property. This property can only be used by members of the LLC only.

. The Operating Agreement of the LLC is the governing document. And the features and policies represented in this portal are not necessarily the correct policies. All policies are in the Operating Agreement. Only 31 Rental Agreements are allowed outside of the LLC Operating Agreement. Please inquire or send a message for more details.

Guest access

The Residence is completely used for the tranquility of each occupancy only. Private Entry with Secured and Fast Wi-Fi for every stay. All details for your complete privacy will be provided at arrival for your convenience.

Only Registered Occupants are allowed to use the property. Any Occupancy or House Rules violations will terminate the stay without refund and any additional fees associated with the violation.

Starter Pack Essentials are included with all itineraries. This will include Travel Size Shampoo/Conditioners, Soaps, Dish Soaps and Trash Bags.

Cooking Essential including Salt/Pepper, Cooking Oils and Seasonings are available per request and as part of a Grocery Delivery Service option. Please send us a message for more details on Grocery Delivery services.

Check-In Time is after 4pm-12am

Checkout Time is before 10am

Please provide as many travel details required so we can prepare accordingly for each stay. If you need any special assistance or requests please send us a message via the message inbox..

Quiet Hours are from 9pm-8am. All patio lights and pool equipment will shut down after 9pm. Please see listed House Rules for more details and fees.

Breakfast, Transportation and Grocery Pick up services are provided at additional fees.

Seasonal Pool Heating Service Fees:

Winter Season (November- February): There is a $250 Startup Fee (1st Day) and $100/Day (Days following) Utility Heating Service Fee for optional Pool Heating. 48hrs Notice is required to request Heating

Summer Season (March-October):

There is a $100/Day Utility Heating Service Fee for optional Pool Heating. 48hr Notice is required to request Heating.

Outdoor Spa Heating is included in the stay.

BBQ Grill is available for your request. Propane is not available. All guests will be responsible to do their own exchange propane rate. Additional fees do apply for delivered new propane tanks.

Complimentary Coffee and Tea is provided for each stay. We do have many additional options to add to your stay for an additional fee including: Continental Breakfast, Hot Breakfast, Grocery Store Delivery, Meal Chefs and much more. Please inquire for more details!

Maximum Vehicles Parked in the property is 4 total. No Street Parking allowed. Vehicles may be towed at the owner's expense.
