We prioritize guest comfort and cleanliness. Our home is professionally cleaned and sanitized after each stay. Smoking indoors is prohibited.

Parties or large events must be approved in advance and are subject to strict quiet hours and neighborhood policies. Unauthorized events or noise disturbances may result in penalties.

Pets are welcome with prior approval and a non-refundable cleaning fee. We maintain a list of approved breeds to ensure guest safety and compliance with insurance requirements.

This property operates under a shared-ownership model through a registered Limited Liability Company (LLC). By booking this home, you are being hosted by an authorized representative of the LLC, and your membership is offered as part of a private use agreement under the company's operating terms and listing House Rules.

The LLC maintains all necessary rights to manage and operate the property for extended members and their guests stays, and all listings are overseen by licensed or authorized entities on behalf of the property owners. This arrangement allows for responsible, compliant hosting in accordance with local regulations.

Please note: This disclosure is provided to ensure full transparency. Your stay will be fully serviced, private, and professionally maintained. There is no impact on the quality, safety, or enjoyment of your experience.

🅿️ We can accommodate up to TWO cars. One car can park inside the garage and the second one can park on the car port. Please note that the space facing the green gate is reserved for the casita guest.

★ POOL HEATING FEE★
The pool & spa can be heated. There is a nightly cost for
each night of your stay to cover the gas heating cost. If you would like to add this service, just note it when you make your reservation and please inform us 7 days before your check-in to ensure your desired temperature.

Please note that only a soaking spa is available, and there are no jets.

⁘ Request made less than 7 days from arrival will be subject to a $100 SOS fee.

❗Guests are not permitted to tamper with any pool equipment. Any damage caused as a result will be the guest's responsibility to cover repair or replacement costs, as well as any additional expenses incurred by the business due to the unavailability of the amenities during the repair period.

Please refrain from smoking inside the home! Any smoking evidence will result in a fee for odor removal and furniture cleaning.

★ NO PARTIES/EVENTS ★
Rowdy parties and events are strictly prohibited. We ask that any events or large gatherings be cleared with us prior to booking. Please be aware that complaints from neighbors, notifications from authorities, notifications from our noise monitoring device, or any other proof of disruptive behavior or loud noise between 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM will result in fines of up to $1000 possible eviction and/or possible legal action if authorities are involved.

★ PET POLICY AND FEE ★
We welcome pets at our property with a non-refundable pet fee of $149 per stay. This fee is required by our cleaning team to cover the cost of a thorough deep cleaning after each pet stay. This ensures the safety of the property for our incoming guests who might have pet allergies.

Please note that we have a pre-approved list of pet breeds, as some breeds are not covered by our insurance. Kindly reach out to us first to confirm that your pet is eligible before booking. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in maintaining the high standards of cleanliness and safety our guests expect.
