Energy & Home Tips

To keep the home comfortable and environmentally friendly:

• A/C is set between 72–78°F during summer

• Heat is set between 65–72°F during winter

• Please run dishwasher and laundry with full loads when possible

We appreciate your help in keeping the home efficient and well maintained.

Check-Out Reminders

When it’s time to depart, we kindly ask:

• Double-check for personal belongings (we are unable to store lost items)

• Lock all windows and secure the front door via keypad

• Leave bath linens in the bathroom

• Dispose of trash in community bins

• Leave dishes in the sink or dishwasher (running a cycle is appreciated but not required)

• Return moved furniture to its original place

These small steps help us prepare the home beautifully for the next guests.
