Quiet Hours: 9:00 PM – 8:00 AM

Pool & landscape maintenance may occur Monday–Friday between 8:00 AM–2:00 PM.

House Guidelines

• Smart thermostat preset:

  • Summer: 72–78°F

  • Winter: 65–70°F

• No mail or package deliveries allowed

• Do not remove TV remotes

• Trash pickup: Wednesday mornings

  • Place bins curbside Tuesday evening

  • Return Wednesday evening

Hot Spa Usage Guidelines

• Keep cover on when heating (6–8 hours to reach temperature)

• Reset GFCI if power interruption occurs

• No food or drinks in spa area

• Supervise children at all times

• Do not stand or lean on spa cover

• Contact host for any service issues

Checkout Instructions

Before departure, please:

• Remove all personal belongings

• Leave used linens in bathrooms

• Dispose of trash in outdoor bins

• Lock all doors and windows

• Leave dishes in sink or dishwasher

• Return moved furniture to original placement

• Rinse outdoor items if used

Items left behind are donated or discarded.
