📫 No MAILBOX Access: Note that we don't have mailbox access to this property. Big parcels can be sent to the house, but small items are highly discouraged from being sent to the address. We highly advise you to address them to the nearest UPS Store.

🅿️ NO GARAGE PARKING AVAILABLE. We can accommodate up to THREE cars. Two on the carports outside the garage door and one can be parked behind the two cars.

Available for an additional fee and with a 3-day minimum.
• Pool will be set to 95°F
• Hot Tub preset to 98–102°F
• Pool: $200 per day for the first three days, and $150 per day for each additional day.
• Jacuzzi: $100 per day for the first three days of the booking, and $80 per day for each additional day.

🚭 No Smoking Indoors
Smoking is permitted outside only. Indoor smoking will result in additional $500 cleaning charges.

🚫 No Parties or Loud Noise
Quiet hours are 8PM–8AM.
Noise monitoring devices are installed (privacy-safe and non-recording).
Violation of this rule will warrant a $1000 penalty.

🐶 Pets Welcome (By Pre-Approval Only)
We welcome pets at our property with a non-refundable pet fee of $500 per stay. Unapproved pets may result in additional charges.

There are no cameras inside the home.
